Game account security checklist before using a boosting service
Protect your game account by checking recovery options, access scope and service terms before a third party gets involved.
Account access deserves a careful decision. Before agreeing to coaching or an account-based service, review the game's current rules, the access requested and the steps you can take to protect your account.
Read the game's current terms
Publishers set their own rules for account sharing, boosting, automation and outside services. Those rules can change and may differ by title. Check the official terms and support pages for the exact game. If a service requires an action the rules prohibit, do not proceed.
Ask the provider to describe the work plainly. A trustworthy explanation should state what will be done, what will not be done, how long access is needed and who can access the account. Be cautious of guarantees about random drops, rankings or account safety.
Review your recovery options
Confirm the email address and recovery methods belong to you and are current. Make sure you can access the account independently. Never hand over your email password, one-time codes, recovery codes or payment details. Use a unique game password and enable the security options offered by the publisher.
If the service needs a login, understand how access will be stored, restricted and removed when work ends.
Limit access and document the agreement
Share only what is required through a secure method you understand. Agree on the task, schedule and finish condition in writing. Keep a record of the provider and access window. Avoid services that ask you to disable security protections or install unknown software.
After the work, review account activity and active sessions where available. Change credentials if access should end, and revoke sessions or permissions you no longer need.
Watch for pressure tactics
Be wary of urgency, unusual promises, requests to collect credentials in a private chat or claims of guaranteed random results. If the rules are unclear, the access feels excessive or you cannot recover the account yourself, pause and ask the publisher or a trusted adviser first.
