Question 1

Do I need to give you my password before I pay?

Accepted Answer

No. Buy your capacity first, then add game logins in your secure dashboard after payment. Credentials are encrypted and never appear in Discord.

Question 2

Who actually plays my account?

Accepted Answer

Our own staff. Every completed task records what was covered, when, and who did it, and you can read that in the delivery report on your dashboard.

Question 3

What is not included in daily care?

Accepted Answer

Purchases, premium currency spending, one-off grinds and questing are not included. Daily care covers the routine: daily missions, energy or stamina spending and agreed weekly tasks.

Question 4

Can I mix different games in one subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mix the games offered with daily care in your included slots. RuneScape services are available by enquiry.

Question 5

What happens when I add an extra account?

Accepted Answer

Extra slots add $2.00/account/month at the current offered rate. Existing subscribers review a prorated charge for the rest of the current billing period before confirming.

Question 6

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage capacity and renewal in Billing. Upgrades unlock after payment. Reductions and cancellation take effect at the next billing period, so your current access continues until then.

Question 7

Where should I send my game login details?

Accepted Answer

Only through the secure account forms in your dashboard. Never send passwords or recovery codes in Discord messages or support tickets.

Keep the adventure. Skip the routine.
